Atlantic Crossing’s Director is Tom Johnson, a veteran of more than 35 years of international soccer travel and player development.

- New Hampshire Olympic Development Staff
- Attended Dutch, Canadian and English Coaching Courses
- National Staff of Dr. Pepper's Soccer Pepper Program
- Traveled with teams in North America, Britain, Ireland and the Continent since 1978
